1. Automated Enforcement

LUME PARKING LLC utilizes IoT-enabled signage and real-time API monitoring to track parking spot occupancy. By entering a Lume-managed lot or facility, users agree to the automated session tracking and sensor-based verification used by our enforcement team. Failure to initiate a paid session through the portal at lumeparking.com may result in citations or towing at the owner's expense.

2. Data Retention and Audit Trails

In accordance with our enterprise reporting standards, parking session data—including license plate information, stall assignments, and entry/exit timestamps—is retained for a period of six (6) months. This data is used strictly for auditing, revenue recovery, and customer support purposes.

3. Payment and Fees

Standard parking rates are $5.00/hr unless otherwise posted. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Sessions not closed properly (e.g., "Ghost Sessions") or technical anomalies detected by our IoT sensors may be subject to administrative review by LUME PARKING LLC staff.

4. SMS Messaging Program

By opting into the LUME PARKING LLC messaging program via our web portal, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages (such as parking receipts, stall assignments, and support responses) at the phone number provided.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user activity and active parking sessions.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our automated line. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

5. Limitation of Liability

LUME PARKING LLC provides parking management software and sensor verification. We are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles parked within managed facilities. Users park at their own risk.
