Spot shows "Occupied" but I am parked there?

Enter your license plate in the portal. Our IoT sensors will automatically detect your vehicle's presence and allow you to proceed with payment verification.

Payment didn't go through?

Ensure your 3D Secure (card verification) is enabled. We use Stripe for enterprise-grade security; your bank may require a quick SMS or app approval code.

Did not receive SMS receipt?

Check your signal strength or reply "HELP" to our automated line. You can also view your active session status at lumeparking.com/session.
